What we look for

  • 5+ years experience in finance, accounting, or strategic advisory

  • Exposure to or passion for the startup ecosystem

  • Ability to operate independently and communicate clearly

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environments

  • Based in the U.S. or willing to work remotely within U.S. hours
